We've been fortunate to work with W. B. Samson since 2008, helping out on every aspect of the business with an attempt to restore everything to its old glory. Our involvement stretches from brand strategy and identity, to everything from interiors, product-development, communication and other fun things.
W. B. Samson first opened in 1894 on the main street of Oslo. This new bakery where freshly baked bread and pastries was sent up from the basement was an instant hit. As years passed and times changed, so did Samson. They grew bigger, world wars came and went, and difficult times with food rations imposed changes that in turn led to lower quality products.
Samson’s unwavering approach to quality is now reflected in everything associated with the brand. The Samson family has been facing some brave choices throughout and continues to impress us by making it seemingly simple to make difficult long term committed decisions
