Forum
Forum is a boutique mall located in Marbella, southern Spain that was completed in 2023. A “Spandinavian” masterpiece some might say.
Our first site visit was in 2020. Back then it was merely an old, run down building, but over the few years we worked closely with the owners to envision and build a destination unlike anything in the area. An all day, all year, all people are welcome, kind-of-place, where retail meets relaxation. Something reminiscent of the old, classy, Marbella and a contrast to the more outlandish lifestyle many have come to associate with the region the last thirty years or so.
Our involvement spans from the earliest site visits and conceptual ideas, to architectural concept, visual identity, communication, tenant mix, way finding, the list goes on.
Over the course of five years, we helped transform Forum into a beloved landmark, achieving in a few years what often takes decades.
